Return & Refund Policy

At Orah, every piece is packed with love and checked with care. But if something’s not right, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges Accepted Only If:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product sent

Important: Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video (recorded from the moment the package is opened). No claims will be accepted without this video proof.

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Personal preferences or dislikes
  • Minor color differences due to lighting/screen

Refunds: All items are non-refundable. However, eligible claims may receive an exchange or store credit.
